We do NOT follow the Ridgefield School Calendar. This holds true for snow closings as well. Should the studio decide to close due to inclement weather, the student will receive either an email or phone call. If we cannot reschedule the lesson the student will be credited. Do NOT assume that the studio will be closed based on your local school cancellation. Please call or email if in doubt. Observed Holidays:

Tuition for lessons September through June is payable monthly on the first lesson day of each month. Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance. The lesson time is reserved exclusively for the student for the entire academic year but your commitment is on a month to month basis. Tuition must be paid by the 15th to avoid a $15 late fee. $25 will be assessed for all returned checks. Payment by cash, check, or major credit card accepted.  Auto payment available upon request.  Call or email for pricing.

Lesson Cancellation

Understandably you may need to cancel due to an emergency, illness, vacation or other conflict.  The studio must be given 24-hour notification of cancellation. In consideration of this, students will have the option of scheduling one make-up lesson per month at the discretion of the teacher as our schedule permits and cannot be guaranteed. Make-up lessons will not be given for late cancellations, no shows, and cancellation of the make up. Make-up lessons may not be carried over to the next month nor will they be credited or refunded.  Exceptions may be made for emergencies or planned vacations. Lessons canceled by the studio will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
